Panic and Anxiety Resources...
Here are some resources I've used to learn more about panic and anxiety attacks. I've included a few traditional resources even though I don't think traditional health care has been very effective to treat anxiety disorders. They do, however, do a pretty good job of describing the symptoms and challenges you may face with various panic and anxiety disorders.
Here's an article on the causes of panic attacks.
WebMD has a Panic Attack Information Center with a variety of resources. You can find it here.
Anxiety Power is a new site I found that looks interesting. It's new enough that I haven't checked it out completely… but it looks very interesting to me. If you visit the site please let me know what you learn and what you think of their methods.
Here's the Anxiety Disorders Association of America home page.
Wikipedia is also a pretty good resource for panic and anxiety disorders.
Panic Away is the site that helped me most. It was really a lifesaver and I can't thank them enough. They've been around for a long time and have a great reputation because it just works. Definitely check out Panic Away.
